After more than 18 years of success in Dubai's real estate market, Elysian Developments has officially launched its first project, Esmé Beach Residences.

Valued at AED 370 million, Esmé Beach Residences is situated on Island A of the innovative Dubai Islands and marks a new chapter for Elysian Developments.
