It all began with a simple observation during last year's Ganesh Puja celebration. As we gathered together to honor the auspicious occasion, we also seized the opportunity to conduct a health check-up camp for our employees. Little did we know that this seemingly routine event would uncover a profound truth about the well-being of our workforce.
Amidst the festivities and camaraderie, the results of the health check-up camp painted a sobering picture. We discovered that some of our beloved colleagues—individuals we worked alongside every day, sharing laughter and challenges—were silently battling health issues. From low body weight to fluctuating blood pressure levels and undiagnosed medical conditions, It became evident that their unwavering dedication to work had overshadowed their well-being.
As the realization settled in, a sense of responsibility washed over us. We couldn't ignore the fact that our employees' health and happiness were paramount to the success of our organization.
