CLINICIAN SPOTLIGHT
Amanda, School Psychologist
Amanda always wanted to work in education, though teaching didn’t feel like the right fit. It wasn’t until she shadowed a school psychologist that she found her true calling. “I fell in love on day one,” she recalls. This epiphany led her to shift gears and enter the field of school psychology, where she’s now celebrating her 14th year. Being a school psychologist is more than just a job for her— it’s a career that requires empathy, dedication, and an ongoing commitment to professional growth. Her passion for supporting students, love for learning, and leadership among colleagues highlight her excellence as both an eLuma provider and school mental health professional.
