Elscint Linear Vibrator with orientation arrangement & Sector type track

A customer recently approached Elscint for a requirement wherein the orientation was to be done on a linear vibrator rather than a vibratory bowl feeder. The customer already had an elevator feeder for bulk loading of the parts and did not want a vibratory bowl feeder as it would have consumed a lot of space. Hence, Elscint provided a linear vibrator with a orientation track for orienting the component. Thereafter, the a sector type track was required for ensuring that the part went into the machine of the customer rolling down. To this was aattached another straight track for integration with the machine of the customer. The requirement was to orient the parts with the head facing front and vertically sliding down. The same was done on the linear track as well as the sector and vertical track. Elscint supplied similar 6 sets with a control unit. to the customer within the shortest period of time.
