Elscint introduces new compact model of Linear Vibrator

Elscint??has recently introduced a new linear vibrator model which is more compact and powerful with a very less width. According to customer feedback received, customers want a linear vibrator with less width and easy to maintain. Keeping these points in consideration, Elscint has developed its Model ELS70. It has a capacity of mounting chutes from 350 mm to 700 mm in length. The unique aspect of the vibrator is that there is a heavy casting at the bottom on which only the springs are mounted. Both the coil and magnet are mounted on the top aluminium spring holders. There being two top spring holders, on one the coil and on the other one the magnet is mounted. This unique design ensures that the linear vibrator works at a very fast rate. Further there being a see through cut out on the side cover, the gap between the coil and magnet can easily be seen and checked without having to open any covers or remove the linear vibrator from its mounting. The linear speed which can be achieved is 8 mtrs / minute which is amongst the highest for similar types of models. Further, it is fixed on top of 4 rubber mountings, resulting in no transfer of vibrations to the mounting plate. Elscint can offer a mounting arrangement on 4 studs whereby one can adjust the height of the linear vibrator easily for aligning with the bowl outlet. Another advantage is that it works almost 170 mm before the start of the linear vibrator, this helps in ensuring the linear vibrator can be kept ahead of the bowl and does not fowl with the bowl.
