Elon Musk's continued Twitter Woes

I normally don't do follow-up video blogs, but I’ve got to in this case.
Elon Musk is now backing out of the Twitter deal where he had expected to acquire the company for an incredible amount of money that likely didn't make a lot of financial sense. Twitter is now coming back with lawsuits trying to force the deal to close.
Elon Musk's inability to effectively communicate to Twitter, their investors, his own investors, employees of both companies, and the general public certainly exacerbated the problem on a significant enough scale to help create this mess.
Ultimately, it comes down to this. If you don't think PR has business value in getting a deal closed, fine. Just call me afterward and I'll take the money. But the funds probably could have been spent better elsewhere.
