I’m sure there were once multiple villages Who decided to nominate a representative to communicate between them. As time went on, this became government, we have one person speaking for many people. Recently people have decided to eliminate the representatives to hasen their own agendas. Seems to me if you can dismantle other regulations the last thing on your mind is to purchase a technology, in the environment that has been shown to us seems you could just take it over!
