Elon Musk Takes Down GARM and Why It Matters

Today the emphasis is on Free Speech. In the human hierarchy of needs two categories predominate which are delineated as follows:?

HN 1…..food for sustenance, and shelter for protection, both required for survival.

HN 2….freedom of speech required to make survival valuable

H1 and H2 combined provide the basic essentials, material and spiritual, that enable the flourishing of human beings.

After William McKinley was assassinated in 1898, by a villain with a foreign sounding name, Congress passed a law in 1903 for the exclusion and deportation of foreigners who were anarchists. THE 1969 decision in Brandenburg vs Ohio the Supreme Court ruled that that a law punishing people for generally advocating for violence, not just those who were about to incite imminent lawless action was unconstitutional. Merely advocating for violence at some unclear future time and place was not enough. Since then, this case has been a high bar for the government to convict someone for violent rhetoric. Keep this in mind when learning about the facts and court holding in the GARM case. In the grand scheme of things, ?it is a small but significant victory against the Socialists in our midst, whose concerted efforts are designed to stupefy and dominate us entirely.?

As this discussion of the GARM case reveals, Socialists are intent upon the suppression of free speech, when opinions are expressed that are contrary to their own. The idea of political correctness is the gloss that Socialists use to put a sheen on the censorship they advocate everywhere, in advertising, at universities, in the halls of Justice, rampant in the media, and under Biden, ?and now to be fulfilled by Harris and Waltz, permeating the executive branch. They use ?publicly owned media to promote Republican conspiracy theories and to accuse TRUMP, all evidence and experience to the contrary, of being a Hitler who is ?intent on establishing a dictatorship.?

Censorship of the opposition plus torrents of negative propaganda are the means to gain mind control over an oblivious populace as illustrated in the land of Oceania by the prescient Orwell. As Americans we have a historical and moral obligation not to be oblivious. If we fail in vigilance they will steal our purses and our honor in one fell swoop.

In a Socialist country individual rights will be eliminated. or so diminished, as to be unrecognizable. As is evident at present, GARM as a prime exhibit, opinions other than those in support of their own are stifled and consigned to a realm of invisibility.?

Socialist propaganda has been as successful as it has been penetrating. The minds of former fair minded critical thinkers have been blinded to the reality of what a Harris/ Waltz administration would be. Socialist censorship, even now transparent, erodes individual diversities and produces an incoherent system. These are claims that deserve a deeper explanation at another time.?

This post is intended primarily as a wakeup call to those who have fallen prey to the siren song of a socialist revolution which has begun, as always, by gaining control of every manner of communication for the purpose of lulling well intentioned into a state of intellectual compliance so that their thoughts, preferences, and conclusions, only seem to be their own. They have concentrated their encompassing efforts on creating an alternate history of the United States since 2016 , a fiction so compelling to some, that they are blithely willing to accept Harris and Walz as champions of freedom rather the recognize them as precursors of doom, for which the cosseted and compromised Biden was the prophet.
