Elon Musk buying Twitter - the social network

A record purchase on Tuesday.?Elon Musk?has just bought the social network?Twitter?for a total of 44 billion dollars at nearly?54.20 dollars per action. The billionaire has promised more freedom, including the reinstatement of Donal Trump's account.

On the markets, however, the mood is not very festive.?The major stock markets are losing a lot?today, with indices such as the?DAX 40 losing up to 1%.

Russia's recent statements?about a third world war not being excluded put investors on their back foot.

However, the good news is that a good number of?commodities?are all gaining points, starting with crude oil. WTI was back up to 101 dollars a barrel at the end of the day, with more than a 3% gain. Brent crude oil rose to 104 dollars a barrel, gaining 2.63%.
