ELITERSHIP FOR A BETTER WORLD

Liberation, new Knowledge, and New Technology. All three areas are intertwined; you cannot divide them but limit them. For example, if you restrict one of them - you also limit the other two. It takes clarity to see this. One challenge is that most leaders mistake their faith in tribalism[1] for clarity. Therefore, they limit the capacity of their organizations by their mere presence, especially when they start talking about everything that will go wrong. The consequence is stagnation in all three parameters - liberty, knowledge, and technology.

Please. Kindly prove me right by watching the outcome of COP1 – COP 27. This is not the right way to make the needed progress happen. Excellent business leaders’ know-how and will execute timely as opportunities emerge. But even their leadership practice must evolve, hopefully everywhere, caused by the liberation of everyone.


THE TASK FOR LEADERS

The easiest, fastest, and most peaceful way for the next 30 years will, for the G7 nations, be to Liberate the individual. Humans must feel free to increase new knowledge with intensity, which leads to growth in new technologies and results in new knowledge – and on it accelerates. Technological development makes human knowledge more profound, sharpens their perceptions, and takes their consciousness to a higher level because mental enrichment is fun and necessary to climb the ladder and increase the "New Heights of Prosperity" for everyone globally.

Humanizing organization and encouraging freedom for everyone is a prerequisite to moving in that direction fast. Today every human wants to be unique compared to anybody else. That is a trap that prevents us from working in unison. In the future, humans must strive to be ordinary, and leaders must strive to be “extraordinary” – that means more ordinary than anyone else. "Extraordinary” is necessary to gain clarity and set people free on a new enriched pathway of “How leaders are” – not who they are but how.

The G7 nations must improve their total outcome dramatically, which is possible, and avert the annual growth rate of economic surplus to diminish with a share of six percent in 2050 – which is a ridiculous energy-poor idea. At least turn the trend around or increase the growth rate in economic surplus further, say eight percent per year. The G7 nations have done it before, but with a sole focus on exploitation – utilization of knowledge to increase productivity and efficiency, and less on “Ground-Breaking” inspiration that pursues genuine innovation. It is not just artificial intelligence. It must have a ten times bigger impact than anything we can think of.?Quantum computing – Sustainability and Leadership to evolve people dramatically to prepare for an incomprehensible future.

It is a “hard fact” in favor of the US, but for the remaining G6 nations, it is a sad story that they still, after seventy consecutive years since the 1950s, have a “productivity” lag to the US of 40 percent - if not more. That is, the G6 nations have a task to improve, something as dull as old-fashioned Productivity, to intensify their efforts to increase economic surplus likewise. From a higher perspective, the EU countries fell short on exploitation in the past and still do, mainly caused by deliberated trade protectionism. Consequently, you will find many inefficient companies and industries inside the EU.

There needs to be more than a sole focus on exploitation for the G7 nations to catch up and dramatically increase the GWP because the E7 countries are doing the same thing with tremendous success. The G7 governments must concentrate on Three Evolutionary Directions: growing Liberation, new Knowledge, and developing new Technology. None of the E7 countries challenge any of these three development paths.

It seems that the EU is more occupied with discussing the wrongdoing of the nations in the EU’s backyard. Discussing European values and cultural issues, pointing fingers at any other country, say the UK, US, China, Qatar, Hungary, Poland, Russia …etc. And with the other hand, support doubtful Presidents, Generals, and Governments in Central Africa and South America. Add to these fighting refugees instead of fighting unemployment or helping the less fortunate to reach a good life, instead of letting them die in peace when trying to cross the Mediterranean. I am pretty sure that the next generation is by no means impressed by what their parents and grandparents did for the world over the last 25 years.

It would be far more helpful for the G7 nations to; decide how and where the local GDP must grow in the next 30 years to beat the E7 nations' share of the GWP in 2050 and how to identify actions to be taken to cultivate new knowledge, and how to turn that into new technologies, create progress for all and build new infrastructures that go beyond anybody’s imagination.

Also, how to overcome the most significant adversities a generation has ever faced to conquer the prosperity of all humans and increase the GWP to the benefit of all humans - globally. How this is done in practice, I will explain to you later.
