There are many event planning groups out there that you can use, but here is where we differentiate ourselves. First, we actually traveled to our destinations. We did preliminary research to identify a group of luxury resorts to visit and meet with their executives. From that, we selected resorts that were luxury, incorporated local culture and experiences into the resort. Next, we did the same process for golf courses. We visited each of the courses, met with management and selected only the best ones. We did the same for local tour operators and transportation vendors. One of the other major factors we wanted to experience was the safety of the area being visited, before we bring anyone there. Finally, we are taking the extra step of our founder being onsite with the group to personally handle any issues or requests that may come up.
