Eliminating Years of Toxins
As a step in getting my health back on track after my breast cancer diagnosis’s & 18 months of treatments, my focus started with eliminating toxins!
Whether you have been through cancer &/or chemo before or not, your bodies are likely filled with toxins from, antibiotics used from varies ailments over the years, the foods you have consumed or the household products you use daily.
Below are a few easy ways you can eliminate toxins in your life:
1)?????Read all your product labels, & ensure they are chemical free (paraben, sulphates, bleach, triclosan, chlorine, benzine etc.)
2)?????Sweat out toxins in a sauna, preferably an infrared sauna
3)?????Moving your body daily will increase your heart rate, making you sweat.
4)?????Dry brushing, if you haven’t tried this, YouTube it. Great way to improve the lymph drainage, stimulate your pores & open them up for the removal of toxins.
5)?????Take a hot bath with Epsom salts. Great way to clear toxin builds up in our bodies & our minds! You may also find it helps with your sleep, which is a bonus.
6)?????For those who don’t enjoy baths, you can soak your feet in an Epsom salt bath, which will give you similar benefits.
