Elevenwall Launches Giving Initiative

Elevenwall Launches Giving Initiative

New York, New York, October 10th — Elevenwall, a minority and women owned AI-Powered Recruiting and Talent firm, launches the Elevenwall Cares initiative to give back and create positive social impact.

As Elevenwall approaches its second anniversary, Founder & CEO, Seth Welty has much to be grateful for. He has built a profitable business that embraces the latest technologies and inclusion practices to create bespoke recruiting and talent solutions for his client. As he reflected on what he has learned and how he wanted to evolve and grow Elevenwall, it became apparent that making a positive social impact needed to be integrated into the business model to help realize his vision for the firm.

“Explore this next great frontier where the boundaries between work and higher purpose are merging into one, where doing good really is good for business.” – Richard Branson, Founder, Virgin Group

Seth has always believed that purpose and profit can co-exist, so he is thrilled to announce the launch of the Elevenwall Cares initiative. Over the last two years, Elevenwall has achieve robust success. This allows the founder to act on his core values and contribute to the community through the support of exceptional non-profits. As the business has been built on the strength of his professional networks, Seth believes that activating this network in building a mission-driven company creates the greatest opportunity to amplify positive impact.

“In a world where you can choose to do anything, choose to give back!” - Seth Welty, Founder and CEO, Elevenwall

The Elevenwall Cares initiative is simple in its construct. Whenever someone introduces Elevenwall to a Business or HR Leader that results in a successfully completed engagement, Elevenwall will donate 5% of the profits to one of the non-profit organizations they currently support or to a requested registered non-profit.

In 2019, Elevenwall will focus giving on the non-profits dear to the founder:

  • Black Girls Code  - increase the number of women of color in the digital space by empowering girls of color from age 7 to 17 to be innovators in STEM fields
  • Bob Woodruff Foundation  - supports the rehabilitation & recovery, education & employment, and quality of life of returning Veterans and their families
  • Human Rights Campaign (HRC) - civil rights organization working to achieve LGBTQ equality
  • The Human Utility  - preserves human dignity by protecting water as a human right for all families in the United States through community-building and policy action
