Hi. I agree. Implementing an employee empowerment strategy is the best way to motivate employees and increase productivity. However, in your list of strategies, you should add compensation incentives. More specifically, add ownership-based compensation incentives tied to real-time productivity, company sales, and profits. Hourly wages and salaries are static compensation resources, which doesn't reflect productivity or increase empowerment.?? Currently, we are testing a new workplace compensation model called the Empowered Employee Compensation Model (EECM).
