To achieve Salesforce certifications and become an official consulting partner, companies like CMC Global must demonstrate their capabilities by earning Salesforce certifications. Our Salesforce team members prepared for these certifications with the support of the company through Udemy courses, financial support, and certification bonuses.?

Moreover, we had to pass a rigorous and thorough evaluation and assessment process. We needed to prove our ability to implement projects practically, accumulate experience, and achieve specific results.?

After becoming an official consulting partner, it’s not just about maintaining up-to-date technology knowledge; Salesforce consultants also need to maintain learning modules annually.?This continuous learning and practical experience in project implementation aim to support customers in technology transfer, system integration, and application optimization.?

Could you provide an overview of the Salesforce projects that CMC Global has implemented for clients??

Our team has undertaken numerous Salesforce projects for clients across various industries, including government contracts, insurance, event management, aviation, and education. The services we provide include setting up Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud), data migration, and application integration.?

In the near future, we will focus on expanding Salesforce to customer groups currently using CRM in the Korean, EU, and APAC markets. We will use the Salesforce Partner organization to develop service packages for Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.?

Our goal is to achieve a 40% revenue growth in the Salesforce segment by 2024. We will also advise on digital transformation for systems transitioning to using Salesforce cloud, expand and establish ODCs for Managed Services in Salesforce.?

Additionally, the Presale team will work with Account Managers to attend workshops and conferences, promoting CMC Global’s Salesforce capabilities to potential partners.?


What are the development directions for CMC Global’s Salesforce team in the coming years??

This year and in the coming years, our Salesforce team will continue to develop skills and implement not only Sales Cloud and Service Cloud but also Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and other services. We also have a strategy to develop language skills, especially English, for roles within the Salesforce team. Besides the Japanese, Korean, and other Asian markets, we will also target global markets in the Americas and Europe.?
