Elevating Experiences: Creating Memorable Events in Colorado and Arizona

This week, I am hosting back-to-back events in two different states: Colorado and Arizona. I met both of these clients in the midst of the pandemic. They came to me with the same problem: we need to connect with our clients and prospects in a really high-level way, remotely. The evolution from solely remote to in-person has been incredible. Here is what we have in store for this week:

On Wednesday, I head to the Broadmoor to host 50 guests for a welcome reception followed by a seated dinner. We will welcome guests with Champagne and a wine tasting with passed canapés. For the seated dinner, I have selected the menu and have worked with a local wine purveyor to bring in some rare and high-end selections including a Brunello from Magnum, in order to create opportunities to surprise and delight the guests. Often, our clients look to us to create memorable moments within the confines of their already established location and food and beverage minimum. In this case, we’ve created some really unique and special moments and we are still working towards that F&B.?

On Thursday, I fly to Scottsdale to the Phoenician to host one of my favorite companies. Their ethos is all about ‘leading with a servant's heart,’ which I LOVE. How can I be of service? Is always my natural first question. We will have a wine pairing event for 90 of their top customers, with stations that include wines paired with individual dishes. We worked closely with the team at the hotel to create the pairings. I will speak to the wines and the pairings and guide guests through the experience. This option is great for larger groups, especially those that have been in all-day meetings, because it offers the opportunity to go at their own pace and network.?

These two clients still have a lot in common. They are looking for rich and meaningful ways to bring their best clients together in an effort to thank them and make them feel the gift of hospitality. Our goal is to create experiences that are unique, memorable, and elevate our clients' brands. I love meeting you all online and creating engaging and uplifting experiences, but I am continuously reminded that being in person is such a gift!
