An Elevated Year in Review

An Elevated Year in Review

As we get ready to gear up for 2024, collectively as a team we have asked more than once, “How the heck is it December already?” This year just seemed to never slow down for us!? From new clients, to new services, to new curriculum, to new ways of capitalizing on AI, 2023 has been a year of growth and transition for us at Elevated!

Here’s a snapshot of our year in numbers:

Elevated Year in Review

As we stand on the cusp of 2024, we're energized by the accomplishments of the past year and eager to build upon them in the year ahead. Thank you for being a part of our journey, and here's to an even more elevated 2024!

2024 Predictions: Not this year, folks!

Every year, we've hopped aboard the prediction train, taking our best shots at foreseeing the future in HR, people, and culture. But here's the twist: this year, we're hitting the brakes. We had a revelation – the realm of people and culture is evolving at a snail's pace, and in some areas, it's downright regressing (yes, remote work, we're looking at you). Making predictions, whether they come true or not, doesn't define our worth as thought leaders.

Now, let's talk about those employee engagement numbers. Truth be told, they've been stuck in a time warp since Gallup first started measuring them. And while some companies are absolutely tackling this issue head-on, it's clear that, in general, engagement remains an unsolved puzzle.

But why? We think the answer is pretty clear: Toxicity at the employee AND manager level! Organizations continue to turn a blind eye to the situation because, well, toxic employees are often sneaky! They can be high performers (technically, not behaviorally) and often manipulate the other team members to be their shields.

Is there a solution? ?Yes! We know this still comes down to a CONSCIOUSNESS around leadership. In fact, we’ve built an entire curriculum around something we call the 3 C’s: Consciousness, Commitment and Consistency.

Want to dive into the world of Conscious Leadership with your team's people leaders? Look no further than our Leadership Essentials Certification. For those employees in Alberta, it’s grant approved.? Our first cohort in 2024 begins January 16!

Want to learn more? Get in touch with us at [email protected], and let's embark on this transformative journey together.

Okay so maybe we're not making predictions – but we can tell you that 2024 it’s about making a difference.

Introducing Anette Ceraficki to #TeamElevated

We're delighted to announce that Anette Ceraficki is officially becoming a full-time member of #TeamElevated starting January 2024.

Now, let's rewind the tape a bit. Our journey with Anette dates back to her Benevity days in 2015 when she held the title of Director, Talent Acquisition & Attraction. Fast forward to 2021, and our paths crossed again when one of our clients, Kudos, reached the point where they needed a full-time internal people strategist (aka they graduated from fractional HR services!)

In May, Anette made her grand entrance into our world, initially as a contractor. But here at #TeamElevated, we're not ones to settle for less than the best. You see, we firmly believe in practicing what we preach, and that means having all hands on deck as full-time champions of our culture, the one we nurture from within.

Anette, with her incredible talent and passion, has already been a game-changer for us. But having her onboard full-time? That's a game-winner! As we continue to grow, pivot, and make waves in the industry, we know Anette's expertise and dedication will be instrumental in propelling us to even greater heights.

So, here's to Anette Ceraficki, the newest jewel in our #TeamElevated crown!
