So many people are shocked by 2.5 cups of water but that is me - when I am not intentional. I have never been a thirsty person. I will eat an entire meal and never think to drink something. I can go all day and not drink a thing. Solution: I have an alarm on my phone set every 2 hours from 7 am to 7 pm... just to remind myself to drink water.
