A GreenBites Story

I want to share a story as old as time. It is a story of frustration, confusion, pain, and salvation. Now gather around, get a snack and friend, sit back and enjoy.

In the vibrant neighborhood of Beachview, "GreenBites Cafe" stood as a cozy haven for coffee enthusiasts and health-conscious foodies. As lines grew longer and the kitchen buzzed with activity, it became clear to Alex, the cafe owner, that a structured approach was needed to maintain quality and customer satisfaction. With 20 employees to manage, he embarked on a journey to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
