First, Leadership leading by being trustworthy. Second, Staff feeling safe to trust and reflecting it back by being trustworthy. Third, clients/customers/stakeholders trusting the staff and the organization to deliver on their promises. It affects the bottom line with the sales AND referrals. Referrals go to those who are trusted.
