In attendance were various drone specialists who staged demonstrations for a variety of aerial vehicles. Among the speakers was the team behind the Technopolis who highlighted some unique and intriguing features such as the drone corridor, national data center, and the research, innovation, and development-centered educational institutions in this marvelous creation.?

From the many teachers, and exhibitors to the various speakers, designers, and stakeholders, it is undeniable and evident that this Technopolis is the place to be for all technology enthusiasts and professionals in the coming years.?

Among the highlights of the summit, the one that particularly stood out is the effort that veteran aviators have made to mentor the upcoming generation of aviators, right from the primary school level. Young Aviators’ Club of Africa founded by Captain Mercy Makau stands out as it facilitates close mentorship with students. Another outstanding drone community that was represented is the African Drone Forum, where aviators can network, and access expert knowledge and endless resources about the drone space in Africa.

Overall, it is quite the moment to be an aviator as the drone and unmanned aerial vehicles industry takes shape in the country.?
