With this extensive background, I believe I bring a wealth of expertise to my role at Flanks, and I couldn't be happier to be where I am right now.

What made you want to work at Flanks?

My decision to join Flanks was motivated by my strong belief in its future vision and the exceptional human talent steering the company. With over two decades of experience in private corporations and fintech, where I've led technological solutions and crafted innovative product layers, I felt it was time for a new challenge. Flanks presented the ideal opportunity for me to leverage my expertise in a startup setting, where I can play a role in driving company growth and developing new services and product offerings. I'm thrilled to be part of this dynamic and passionate team, and I'm dedicated to helping propel Flanks to the next level.

How were your initial weeks at Flanks like, and what were your first tasks as the Product Manager Lead of the company?

During my first few weeks at Flanks, I immersed myself in comprehensive discovery, delving into various aspects such as company governance, processes, technology, architecture, partnerships, and market analysis. I conducted thorough research into our current services, products, and the needs of our clientele to establish a clear product vision. Furthermore, I dedicated effort to expanding our product team by recruiting top talent from the market. Now, armed with a solid understanding of Flanks and our market, I'm excited to execute an ambitious product roadmap aimed at driving growth and fostering innovation.

What do you think it’s the biggest potential of Flanks?

I see Flanks' potential in its capacity to democratize access to quality financial advice and offer end-to-end solutions customized to our clients' specific needs. In a market where financial advice has typically been reserved for high-net-worth clients, Flanks is spearheading a change by providing personalized services to a wider range of clients. We deliver comprehensive solutions ranging from data extraction to various use cases through reporting and web interfaces.

How do you see Flanks going in terms of product, and where do you think its differential value will be in 2024?

Our innovative approach centers on crafting end-to-end solutions for our clients, with a strong focus on data extraction, validation, and aggregation. Presently, we're developing internal tools to ensure data quality and accuracy, harnessing cutting-edge technology and supported by a specialized human team for data reconciliation.

Moreover, as part of our product roadmap for this year, we're integrating new product layers and bolstering our capabilities across diverse use cases. This entails enhancing reporting, conducting data market analysis, refining client documentation, and improving app and web interfaces for both clients and advisors. Additionally, we're exploring AI technology for proactive alert and notification modules. These comprehensive solutions not only streamline internal processes but also markedly enhance service quality for our clients.

Looking ahead, I envision Flanks cementing its position as a market leader in the financial sector. Our commitment extends beyond delivering quality financial advice; we aim to provide a wide array of services and products tailored to various client segments, including affluent individuals.
