Electronic Notification of Documents

Today in the Greek Parliament is under approval and vote the electronic notification of the judicial and extrajudicial documents via Bailiffs. This new law is of particular importance to me personally because I was one of the members of the Legislative Committee for its drafting. Of course, I will not say that it's the most perfect drafted provision because this will be judged primarily in practice and of course by the legal world. But I have the right to say that from this unique experience I found that: Laws and ideas clash long before they are imprinted on paper ... I warmly thank those who honored me...
