??About ZMC:
The ZMC features advanced controllers and recorders packed into compact casings and ideal for industrial automation. Equipped with three isolated RS-485 interfaces, ZMC excels as a Master unit in distributed systems. It's Ethernet port enables remote monitoring via the Internet. A variety of input and output modules allow full customization to meet customer needs. The intuitive color touchscreen ensures user-friendly operation, even as an HMI. Built on a LINUX platform, ZMC guarantees stable and reliable performance.

With the ability to log data from 60 measurement channels at 10 samples per second, its built-in 4 GB flash memory ensures reliable performance. Data logging is optimized by grouping channels (1-6 per group), allowing customizable logging speeds. A unique feature enables alternative speeds for critical conditions, ensuring precise parameter tracking when needed.

Data retrieval from the ZMC's internal memory is seamless and versatile. You can use a USB flash drive or Ethernet, making access convenient from anywhere. Exporting is simple, with options to download only selected, relevant files. Real-time measurements are accessible via Ethernet (Modbus TCP) or RS-485 (Modbus RTU), ensuring flexible and efficient data handling.

The ZMC offers versatile communication interfaces, including USB Host for connecting peripherals like a mouse, keyboard, or flash drive for data download. Standard RS-485 with Modbus RTU ensures seamless communication, with optional RS-485 and RS-232 modules supporting independent Master or Slave operation. The Ethernet port provides advanced capabilities, including Modbus TCP for data access, a built-in Web Server for browser-based control, and support for custom HTML5 pages. HTTP enables easy data retrieval, and SNP ensures time synchronization across devices.
?? Email Notifications:
The ZMC includes an E-mail Notifications system, enhancing its integration into advanced alarm and monitoring setups. Users can define up to 32 messages triggered by specific events. Each email includes a subject, fixed text, and a .csv attachment with real-time values from selected measurement channels. This powerful feature is now standard on all ZMC devices!
?? Remote Display:
The ZMC's Ethernet port supports video streaming for enhanced functionality. With the ETU or ACM communication card, the device can stream its screen to a Windows computer connected directly or via the same network, typically the plant LAN. Using Xming software, operators gain full ZMC functionality remotely, just as if they were accessing the device directly.
Advanced Communication Module (ACM):
For customers with advanced needs, the Advanced Communication Module (ACM) offers versatile interfaces: Ethernet, USB Host, and up to 3 isolated RS-485 ports (including one shared with RS-232). This enables the creation of a robust MultiModbus System, allowing ZMC to communicate with multiple devices across independent networks. All Modbus interfaces support both master and slave modes. With Ethernet, users can monitor the system remotely via any web browser, while RS-485 paired with PC software provides an additional monitoring option.
