EBR System For Tire Precuring

The Electron Beam Radiation System, called EBR system or EPS as well, is used to irradiate carcass ply（For PCR）or inner liner（TBR） to suppress deformation of semi-finished parts, ensuring the parts of tire are not infiltrated.

And under the precondition of tire’s comprehensive performance, EB (Electron Beam) Processing System helps to avoid local deformation of the semi-finished parts before crimp, transport, storage and curing, and the distortion in the process of expansion. The irradiated carcass ply has small tensile deformation in the process of tire building and has nearly zero penetration. All in all, EB (Electron Beam) Processing System could improve the dynamic balance of finished products and high speed and endurance performance, etc.
