Electrifying the B-segment

We have announced an update to one of Kia's most important models in Europe, the Rio. It has been an entry point into the Kia brand for many years, and has been on-sale here in Europe now for over 20 years - and the latest model has European buyers at heart more than ever before.

The European B-segment is one of the most competitive vehicle segments in the world, and the upgraded model builds on its key strengths in practicality, quality and technology. But it now offers also a new electrified powertrain - one of the first in its class to do so!

It also has a refreshed design, and advanced safety and telematics features often found in cars many segments above. We are convinced these upgrades will make the Rio stand out even more when sales start later this year.
