Electrify to Multiply

Electrify to Multiply – what does it mean? For many visionaries it is the drive to success where their electric innate energy is channeled to a multiplication of reward. Rewards of leadership, of positive influence, of impact, and of material windfall. 

We are always hungry to discover the secret alchemy of great leaders. Their style and practice seems to be random with no common denominator, and we get little practical guidance from the dozens of theories and books written on the subject. What works in Silicon Valley does not work in Beijing. What works in contained case studies, is not applicable in day-to-day management. Other theories work for large business bosses, but not for entrepreneurs.

What propels a business leader to greatness across all geographies, cultures and times? Is it vision? Hard work? Intelligence? Business contacts? A great idea? Salesmanship? Luck? Magic?

Maybe all the above, and more, are prerequisites for great business leadership. Yet, they seem not enough as many of us possesses such traits, yet they do not break through the ceiling of the extraordinary.

The wisdom is in Gandhi’s quote above. The thoughts and energies we harbor inside are probably the biggest determinant of our destiny. Aligning these energies with our body, thoughts and actions will electrify us throughout the bumpy journey of life.

Each of us knows his energies more than anyone else. We just need to believe in their existence and focus on their alignment. What may matter most and foremost is our believe in our inner self, our energies. That is half a problem solved. Thereafter, alignment of energy is a matter of practice. Start it by removing negative people from our life. Finish our day by realignment of ourselves with our goals, because every day, everyone, every event will push you away from your path to greatness. Creating and reiterating the image of the outcome in our mind ensures its realization as long as we believe in our energy, our inner self.

An electrified self will electrify others. Leadership will ensue. Fortunes and achievements will multiply.
