Electrical Technician required in Hull

Are you an experienced and conscientious Electrical Technician, looking to work as part of a multi-disciplinary site team to ensure all electrical maintenance routines, defect repairs and projects across assigned operations are completed in a safe, efficient manner?

More about the role:

Investigating, troubleshooting, planning repairs, predictive and preventative maintenance, installation and fault finding of electrical equipment

Working collaboratively with other third-party contractors and organisations

Correctly and safely working to business, legislative and discipline requirements, including permit to work authorised party

Updating and interrogating maintenance management systems

Completing assigned tasks to required SHEQ, business standards and targets

Job reporting through the Computerised Maintenance Management System

?Initiating equipment registration requests for changes in equipment hardware and/or data arising from maintenance activities

Assisting the Maintenance Lead and Instrument & Electrical Engineer in the identification, specification and purchase requisition of spares necessary to carry out the assigned tasks

Completing workplace safety and condition audits as required

Continuously seeking, suggesting and delivering improvements

Supervising contractor personnel

Assisting the Operations team with out of hours call out technical support

What you’ll need:

·??????Time served electrical apprenticeship

·??????NVQ Level 3/equivalent electrical qualification

·??????Experience in fulfilling the above role requirements

·??????Ability to engage well with others and develop positive working relationships
