Range issue is the biggest factor. For specifically Delhi NCR it's not feasible at all. Tata Ace which is giving range of around 100 kms in real world scenarios. 100 kms is much less. If truck manufacturing companies will start producing vehicle with 150 or 200 kms range then it will be sufficient for doing local moves.
