In July 2010, I qualified as an Election Observer with the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since then, I have been actively engaged as an Election Observer in many growing democracies with the OSCE, the EU and the UN...

3 个月Thank you Carlos for this. You made me reflect on my own journey with electoral affairs. I was a first time International election observer this year and it was fascinating to me to see how another country conducts its elections, noting the similarities and differences to Zimbabwe. I have observed elections in Zim. Thank you for touching on the principles of election observation.
Great video, a representative government is the work of all of us. Thank you Carlos for bringing up this noble ideal????
