You can check the pricing of apartments in the area where this project is going to come up. The pricing is nothing less than Rs.6000/- per sq. ft. due to the heavy demand. But we are launching this project at just Rs.3990/- per square foot that means a discount of more than 33%. This is possible only through Halal Housing as we stay away from interest based Bank loans. Our customers are our investors and they get the entire benefit of this innovative model. Here is the cost breakup for each of the 3 flats on a floor.
We are keeping both the initial payment (40%) and the EMI (27 months) as easy as possible so that most of our people can easily afford this scheme. The value of the undivided share on the land for flat-2 itself comes to around Rs.18.50/- lakhs at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per sq. ft. Also note the prices mentioned above is applicable only during the pre-launch.

The booking amount (stage-1) of Rs.1,75,000/- has to be made into the following account. There is no scope for any further negotiations in the above pricing as this is already a highly discounted pricing and the same can be validated whenever you come for the site visit.

We are extremely glad to award this project to El Ceilo Avenues Pvt. Ltd, a proven company under the umbrella of Halal Housing. This will be their second project, the first being El-Cielo Avenues at Nagerbhavi, West Bangalore. The first project is currently under construction. Impressed by their quality of construction and processes, we are pleased to award this second project to them and wishing them all good luck.
For booking and Site visit, please get in touch with the Project Director Mr.Khathim (9900190765). We purely work on first-come-first-served basis with no favoritism to anybody. Moreover this project is for members of all communities, so that everyone can take the benefit out of it. Also note we have only a limited number of flats available as many of them have already got booked through word-of-mouth.

The 3000 sq. ft. of land where El-Cielo Lulu is coming up, belongs to a gentleman who has a tiles business in the same area. He has been living in this property for several decades. The land has clear documents with B-Katha and there is no need to go for a BBMP plan sanction. The developer El Cielo Avenues Pvt. Ltd. has currently entered into a MoU with the landlord for sale of this property.
As soon as we receive the initial 40% payment from the flat owners (customers) who will be booking their flats in this project, we will go ahead registering the property in the name of the company and immediately start the construction. We will be entering into the sale and construction agreements with the individual flat owners and the sale deed will be executed after full payment. After execution of sale deed, the flats will get B-Katha.

Halal Housing provides affordable housing to the middle class families under the non-interest based EMI scheme. So far we have delivered close to 30 projects of various sizes in Bangalore alone. Now we are fast expanding to other major Indian cities as the demand for housing under this scheme is huge.
Our pricing is at least 30% lesser than the market value without compromising on the quality of construction and other standards. Under our scheme the customers are supposed to pay 40% at the time of beginning of the project and balance over a period of 2.0 to 4.0 years (depending on project) in the form of non-interest based EMI.
