Eko has empowered 400k micro-entrepreneurs via our app - Connect. And we design our products and services to ensure we win the trust of our customers, every day. One transaction at a time.

Given the nature of our business, transactions do fail at times. And they can easily become high stress moments for our partners if not managed well.

At Eko, Empathy is one of our core values. Empathy for both our partners and their end-customers.

With this in mind, we asked ourselves, what else can we do to make it easier for our partners to connect with us?

?How can partners raise their concerns in a more contextual way -? faster and easier?

Towards that goal, we are happy to share that across more than 500+ screens and 100+ journeys, we have made it super easy for a Connect user to raise a query.?

Click a button, raise a query - whichever screen you are at.

This may sound trivial at first, but it's a foundational step towards pre-populated queries. Towards auto-capturing the transaction id, relevant info, taking a screenshot , categorizing the query etc.

?Imagine a Ticket-bot which works with you at each click. In every session.

For us, it a Customer-Bot - one of the many services which will allow us to understand each of our customers at every moment. Even at scale.?
