Either you run the day or the day runs you out! -Jim Rhon

You have to be in charge and have a plan of action or method of operation to follow daily. Time always gets away from you quickly if you don't manage it and take massive action to be productive each day. Firstly, it is organising time management in detail. As an option to start with, you can begin by making a list of things to do, which is the most popular way of planning a day, a week or even a month.

If you are not experienced in 'to do list' making, try and plan your next day only one day at a time first, beginning from morning till the end of your day. Later on may be try to plan your week, and then, when you gain enough experience and get used to it, try to plan your month. Do not forget including one day in a week for your rest and cheat day, for not doing anything and having a rest physically and mentally, may be Sunday can be the cheat day when you can do whatever you want and eat and drink to your will and capacity.

Next, highlight the most important things in your list in order to know the prioritised things. Here, as a tool in making a list for yourself, you can use either special notebook-organiser, or your mobile phone, or your computer or your wall hanging or fridge magnet with many pieces of papers with pins attached, the method of doing is not so important as starting to plan your things in a proper organised manner.

Another important thing in your time management is doing everything on time starting with waking up on time with or without setting an alarm, because postponing plans for the next day is a big dilemma. You need to follow your to-do list and never put off doing something, and it will guarantee that you spend time efficiently. If you delay once, there is no surety that you will not do it again. So, do not procrastinate even once a day.

Starting the day positively with exercise, workout, yoga, meditation, jogging swimming or cycling whatever physical activity you wish to undertake do it sincerely without a break in between except for water break. On weekend you may do some hike or a trek to do the break time into some awesome activity to give you some good change for the week to start in a positive manner.

Telling you the last thing of managing your time efficiently, is that I would like to share with you is developing multitasking from the lady of the house it could be your mother or wife or sister or any senior lady at home. Watch them do so many things effortlessly every day and night without a break for years together, the ladies indeed do so much multitasking everyday without even knowing themselves because for them this is their routine way of life.

There is an example by a leading busy executive in Mumbai who says : “I like to do weird things in the shower, like drink my coffee, brush my teeth and drink a smoothie all together on in between. It’s proves to be a good time management for the morning because when i am out of the bathroom I am almost ready to get dressed for the day”.

However, multitasking is sometimes risky for individuals who are not practised doing it; they can fail easily while trying to finish a number of compulsory deals at once, losing quality of their work. Now then, if it is something new for you, first get used to it doing it with proper planning! Stay blessed! #kishoreshintre
