Let’s get straight to the point. Job scenarios and markets are changing and are changing fast. No matter where you are living, the shape and stature of the jobs are changing.

I am Digital Marketing Expert in India and I know situation here is no different to what there is in United States. 

In other words to remain in the game you need to be on Top up your game Or else you will see yourself drifting away real quick. 

Job Industries demand people with skills, grit and hustle. Your success depends directly on the hours of work you are willing to put in yourself.

In this blog, I will write few essential traits that you must add to yourself to rise and win.

1. Brand yourself — Presence of Social Media is massive. 

Look around you, everyone is on the phone and most of them are hooked to their Social Media Platforms. So, writing is simple!

Get yourself out on Social Media, produce content and brand yourself. If you are a photographer put your stuff out on Instagram. 

If you are a coder, put your work out in front of your community, interact and communicate.

If you are a content writer, put your content on LinkedIN and Medium.com.

Use Social Media smartly, stand out in crown, build a brand and you never have to worry about your next BIG opportunity.

2. Learn Everyday — Now, I am not sure how many time you had heard this before but this is the SINGLE most important thing that will define your destiny.

Now, there are 2 types of learnings: 

First One: You read and by heart it and use it in discussion with yours friend to sound intellectual 

Second One: You implement whatever you had learned and practice it to add an edge to your craft. 

Now, it’s no point guessing, which one will serve you best in future?

3. Be Healthy — Fit and Steady, are two attributes that are going to take you places. You simply can’t perform if all you are not fit inside. 

You really need to manage your health to pull every stroke of energy you have to put it into your day. 

When you are hustling, there will be scenarios when things will get demanding that is when you will need your body to push you up.

A healthy mind is going to give you a healthy head, and that is all you require to sail through

4. Logical Thinking- I understand we all have a short attention span. However, we should not be mistaking it that success will come easy. 

It never had and it never will. Be ready to grind, be ready to suffer, be ready to sweat, be read to WORK HARD. 

You really need to be ready to wrestle your way up. To build an Empire you need an attitude of a warrior, once you have a kingdom you can act like a King. 

The markets are changing, in fact they are not changing but they are demanding. You are up against machines. 

Most of the highest paid jobs today were not even there 5 years ago and there is no guarantee as to how long they will stay. 

So the only thing you can work upon is your own self. New business models are emerging, new pathways are being developed. What was once successful is redundant today. 

We are living in a time where challenges and opportunities are waiting for those who are willing to hustle in. Be patient, be a practitioner and most importantly we the best version of you. 

Rise of Automation and Artificial intelligence had already made few places vacant in many organizations and this percentage will only go up. Already some companies had laid off their staff in order to invest budget in these rising technologies.

However, not all is bleak, no doubt the rise in automation has pushed the envelope but one can imagine creation of new jobs in this sector also.

IT sector has always been driven by innovation and this time in place demands skilled employees over qualified ones.
