Being a passionate Salesforce enthusiast, I follow the latest innovations from this significant industry player. In March, Salesforce and OpenAI jointly announced the release of the ChatGPT app for Slack, which was developed by OpenAI on the Slack platform.

The introduction of Slack GPT follows Salesforce's deployment of Einstein GPT and its significant investment in AI development.?

The Salesforce AI journey began in 2016, when they announced Salesforce Einstein, a layer of intelligence functionality, with more than 60 applications in the entire Salesforce platform.

Now, Einstein GPT, the world’s first generative AI CRM technology, can produce AI content across Salesforce interaction for sales, service, marketing and also developers.

The global leader in CRM, has built trusted AI capabilities in a way that is relevant to his customers.

Einstein GPT can generate personalized emails for salespeople to send to customers, generate specific responses for customer service professionals to more quickly answer customer questions, generate targeted content for marketers, and auto-generate code for developers.
