The Z-direction performance mainly requires the sulfur content and elongation after fracture of the steel plate. The higher the sulfur content, the lower the Z-direction performance. The Z-direction performance is the thickness direction performance of the steel plate. The layer tearing resistance test of the steel plate is an important technical requirement in the steel plate requirements, which is suitable for thicknesses between 15mm and 300mm, providing assurance for the thickness direction compressive strength of medium thick steel plates.
