Egiss FY2022 #ITasexpected

Once again, Egiss continues to grow. Both on our global turnover and on our profitability with revenue of DKK 1,331B DKK (~180M EUR) and delivering an EBITDA of 64M DKK (~9M EUR) - more than 25% organic growth.

We are all immensely proud of this achievement in the very challenged 2022 market. A year with high tensions on the geopolitical stage, inflation rallying globally and interest rates going through the roofs. Factors that impacts the global economy and hence the large global corporations as well.

For the past years we have seen long delivery lead times from the global supply chains. That has challenged our customer's planning for growth and digital transformation - and 2022 was no exception. Being able to deliver "IT as Expected" is more relevant than ever - and of extremely high value to our customers.

At Egiss, our core values are Customer Centricity, Teamwork, Innvovation, Personal accountability and Learning with a smile. They have been like that since very early in our jorney.

In 2022, Egiss' Customer Centricity kept us in good standing with all our existing customers while also managing to add new exciting MNCs (Multi National Corporations) to our contract base.

Teamwork is performed relentlessly and daily in our organisations around the world. A great example is our transition from the previous (older and much smaller capacity) warehouse to our new, purpose built, high tech central warehouse "Delta One". We managed to move ~4.000 sqm filled up with pallets and IT equipment to our new ~8.000 sqm warehouse by closing down operation on Thursday afternoon and opening up Monday morning and being fully operational. That took personal efforts - but most importantly a huge Team effort.

We always try to be Innovative in everything we do. With the acquisition of Danish ITAD operator Refurb? , Egiss is fully integrating their ITAD production in our new warehouse "Delta One" alongside our second-to-none and super efficient inbound and outbound logistical operation. Adding brand new technology such as robotic technology is expected to drive Egiss' efficiency and precision to an even higher level.

Personal Accountability is a key value for all Egiss' employees - and we live by it every day! I am so proud of this incredible organisation with more than 150 dedicated hearts and heads. These hearts and heads are in fact the key to Egiss' succes - and it will continue to be that!

We Learn with a Smile! At Egiss Academy, we continue to share our values and ways of working. As our plan is to continue this jorney with growth, profitability, happy customers and dedicated employees - we need to be aligned on values and processes. The Egiss Academy ensures this!

Egiss' capabilities have grown in 2022. Besides acquiring our own in-house ITAD operation (Refurb), Egiss also further expanded our geographical footprint by establishing Egiss entities in Mexico and Brazil. It is imperative for our customers to get their "IT as Expected" - also in markets that are very difficult (or almost impossible) to reach from the outside and in. Egiss ensures predictable delivery lead times in these two new markets in 2023 - on top of our existing US, Indian, Indonesian, Chinese and South African warehouses.

In 2023 we are already busy delivering on the plan laid out last year. Besides celebrating our 10 years anniversary in 2023, we expect to continue our growth by the same rates as last year and we hope to acquire more companies that will strengthen our capabilities and geographical reach to the benefit of our customers and partners.

I would like to thank all our customers for continuing to believe in Egiss and relying on our efforts and capabilities. I would also like to thank all our valuable partners that continues to develop new transforming technologies for us to deliver to our customers around the world. And last but not least - thank you to my fantastic Egiss family in Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, UK, Sweden, USA, India, Indonesia, South Africa, China, Mexico and Brazil - without all of you, Egiss was nothing!

As proud and happy all of us at Egiss are with this announcement - even more sad are we on this day of the announcement for having lost our beloved colleaugue, Mette, much much too early.

In loving memory of Mette - we will miss you so much! For always being so helpful, so dedicated, so skilled and so professional - while at the same time always smiling and keeping up the good spirit - especially when things got a little tricky. Our prayers are with her husband and four children.
