Lightly Boiled EGGS (over RAW) are without a doubt the "Breakfast of Champions"
However, did you Know there are certain compounds in foods called "Anti-Nutrients"
The specific Anti-Nutrient in RAW Eggs is called Avidin
Heating eggs gently (without over-cooking) destroys this Anti-Nutrient allowing for greater absorption of protein by the body...
There are a few other Anti-Nutrients you should learn to avoid (& de-activate) before consumption if you have certain aliments or health-concerns!
& before you ask? Yes - My Cholesterol levels are PERFECTLY NORMAL even though I regularly consume 6-10 eggs a day!
Why so, well nutrition as an evolving science has already de-bunked the whole Cholesterol Myth.
Its FAR more the over-consumption of Processed carbs, Sugars & BAD FATS that raise Cholesterol levels....
A much better pre-cursor (indicator) of whether you are going to have an issue with heart disease or high Cholesterol is a hormone called "HOMO-CYSTENE" in any case...
But, it is the way in which you CONSUME eggs that ALSO makes a difference to your HEALTH...
Over-cooking, deep frying etc....TRANSFORMS "GOOD FATS" into BAD FATS due to the HEATING process....
BAD FATS are then stored by the body as they are NOT able to broken as readily or easily for FUEL.....
So guess what? These BAD FATS are far more likely to end up (stored) on your BOOTY, HIPS, BELLY, LIVER & in ALL those other problematic areas you HAVE!!
