You are a victim to your past and your subconscious mind if you don’t do anything about it.
We have up to 70k thoughts per day: the vast majority of these are repeating thoughts and others that run in our subconscious mind
Only 5% of our thoughts are conscious, yet we spend most of the time trying to influence the 5% and never think of tackling the 95%.
?
That’s what I’d like you to change.
?
I will propose a journaling technique that will allow you to tap into your 95% subconscious mind and leverage that huge mass to work for you, instead of running a program that works against you.?
?
Like a pilot, I want you to take care of your takeoff (waking up), stick the landing (going to bed), and in between we will make a few checkpoints. If you master the takeoff, landing and add more mindfulness to the phase in between, I guarantee you: your life will change.
So, let’s master the takeoff first!
The Takeoff
The moment you wake up, do not take your phone into your hand. Instead, take a pen and paper and ask yourself these 5 questions.
These questions aim at drawing an ideal version of yourself you can be today. Imagine yourself that day, how will you act, feel, be, etc.
The second question is about thoughts you will deliberately be conscious of throughout the day. The way you walk, the way you talk, what you believe, and these are all things you can think of that day.
Third question aims specifically at your thoughts. Will I think like a victim, or will I think as someone who has his or her destiny in their own hands?
Then let’s focus on our behaviors, what will we demonstrate? How will we show up and present ourselves to the world?
Finally, imagine your future, immerse yourself in it, and feel the feelings you have if all you want has been achieved? Fill your body with these feelings and emotions. Don’t get up until you have felt the emotions of the future.

The Landing
Before you go to bed, sit down, and write at least 5 successful things you did that day. Look back and no matter how small or how large write them down.
Then sit and reflect on the things you are grateful for. Your job, your family, your life or even just your ability and drive to become a better human being. Fill your body up with that emotion of gratitude and end your day on that note.

During flight
Check in on yourself. Like on a long flight you could:
●?????Stretch your legs and your body
●?????Take a short walk
●?????Tune in and check in on yourself
●?????Do nothing for a few moments
●?????Reflect on the previous hour and set intentions for the next hour
Do this for 7 days and I promise, you will feel a change in your day and in yourself.
?
?
Do this for 90 days, you will experience amazing things.
