I’m reading a book called “Raise your game”. I just took something that I absolutely love. Alan Stein the author writes “CONTROL the CONTROLABLES”. What a concept, especially in this world of fear, hate, and uncertainty. What is in our control? Only two things, our EFFORT and our ATTITUDE!


If I want to change my life and be honest with myself. I need people around me who call me out on my JUNK. I often say EMBRACE those people who REBUKE you. Wisdom comes when we allow ourselves to be humble and take constructive criticism. Then there are only TWO things we need to focus on OUR EFFORT AND OUR ATTITUDE!


SO simple, but we worry and stress about things we can’t control or do anything about!? If you are reading this, TAKE MY CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM and turn OFF the NEWS, put DOWN your PHONE. Read a non-fiction book and then be in the moment with people around you.
