Exploring Potential for Nickel, Cobalt and Copper Resources in Scotland An article on the NS Energy website reports on Central Asia Metals (CAML) announcement of a conditional investment of ￡3 million in Aberdeen Minerals Limited (AML) to acquire a 28.7% shareholding. AML is a privately held, UK registered business investing in mineral exploration for bedrock deposits of nickel, copper and cobalt in North East Scotland. their website reported that "In October 2023 we announced that we had received ￡294,000 in grant funding from the UK Government's Automotive Transformation Fund, to meet 70% of the cost of a feasibility study into innovative methods to process the minerals at the Arthrath Project. European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, OTCQB:EULIF) welcomes the news that Critical Metals Corp. (Nasdaq: CRML) will acquire a 92.5% controlling interest in the Tanbreez Greenland Rare Earth Deposit. In a landmark deal, Critical Metals Corp. will pick up the majority stake from Rimbal Pty Ltd. for US$211 million in CRML shares, valued at US$10.71 per share, along with US$5 million in cash. European Lithium will retain a?7.5% direct interest in the Tanbreez Project, which it sees as a globally significant critical minerals asset. The Tanbreez Project is poised to become a key supplier of rare earth elements (REEs) to North America and Europe, providing a sustainable and reliable source for next-generation technologies and the defence industry. We've launched a Share Purchase Plan to raise a minimum of $1.5 million to advance our projects in South Australia. The plan, underwritten by Canaccord Genuity Australia, offers eligible shareholders the chance to buy shares at a discounted rate of $0.007 each. For every two shares purchased, shareholders are entitled to a free-attaching option, exercisable at $0.014, pending shareholder approval. The funds raised will support our Kookaburra Graphite Project, including an updated pre-feasibility study. Additionally, the proceeds will help develop the Green Iron magnetite project and advance our uranium exploration. We will also contemplate conducting a Top-Up Placement to raise up to an additional $1.5 million on the same terms as the SPP, depending on the SPP's outcome. CEO Jonathon Trewartha said: “We have made rapid progress across our portfolio in recent months, and proceeds of the SPP and potential Top-Up Placement will allow us to continue this momentum. The Australian Critical Minerals Conference (#ACMC) kicks off in #Brisbane AMEC Chief Executive Warren Pearce joined a panel discussion on "What government support is needed to accelerate growth in the critical minerals sector?" A timely discussion on the back of the Federal Government's 2024/25 budget announcement, to support the critical minerals sector, with $7 billion committed over the next decade for all 31 critical minerals to drive downstream processing in Australia. This comes via a ten per cent Production Tax Incentive (PTI), aimed to enable the nation to realise the full value of our natural resources. via Proactive Dynamic Metals Limited has soared after executing a binding joint venture and farm-in agreement with leading Australian #lithium producer Mineral Resources Ltd covering the Widgiemooltha Project in Western Australia and valued at up to $20 million. The landmark agreement with a 100%-owned MinRes subsidiary will see Dynamic sell 40% of all lithium mineral rights on the Widgiemooltha tenement package, which is near the Bald Hill Lithium Mine of MinRes. This will result in #DYM receiving $5 million and forming a JV to advance lithium exploration on the project with Dynamic holding 60% and MinRes 40%.
