[Effects of the brachioradialis : LI-10]
?
How are you? I am Kochi, the founder of Kochi Method.
We recently held an online Kochi Method introduction session for practitioners in Romania.
?
We demonstrated a Kochi Method technique to soften the hamstrings using the triceps.
?
Did you know that the brachioradialis is a muscle that can greatly contribute to relieving the body?
?
Within it the pressure point LI-10 has the buggiest effect.
Especially for the neck and shoulders.
?
Practitioners who've participated in Kochi Method seminars often posts treatment cases onto Facebook, and in many cases of frozen shoulder treatment they talk about the brachioradialis.
?
This shows us that as the brachioradialis hardens from fatigue, it obstructs the movement of the shoulder and causes the muscles around it to harden.
?
When there are probes moving the shoulders we need to check brachioradialis.
