Until you value yourself, you will not value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it.?-M. Scott Peck

As the modern age is growing with lots of technologies the effect of maintaining is is also increasing day by day. More effort is being given to managing these tasks on a daily basis. From the stone age to the modern age we ourselves have increased the possibility of anything at the same time we increased the consequences attached to it. Every solution now is coming with a problem and that is the reason economy has boomed. The line between life and work is so thin that no one is able to identify the difference. This is where time management is so essential because of which if we keep track of the time and work we spend on each activity we will get an idea of where to spend our energies better.

You can only manage time if you track it right. -?Spica’s team

A disciplined person is a person who is free and can enjoy life to the fullest. If one is not able to manage himself, and his time and cannot be disciplined he will waste most of his energy on things that he originally don't want to. Once a person knows about the task he needs to do in the morning and sets some goals for the week, he will think of the next to be completed and might end up having time to enjoy and relax doing stuff he always wanted to do.

Concentrate all your thoughts upon the work in and. The sun’s rays do not burn until brought to a focus. -Alexander Graham Bell

Creating a time management technique can be tricky and may vary from person to person. Time management techniques can be made on the spinal cord of 4Ds. Which we generally call as Eisenhower Matrix. The 4Ds mean here is Do / Decide / Delegate /Delete.

Things which are Urgent and Important -> Do it

Things that are Urgent and Not Important -> Delegate it

Things which are Not Urgent and Important -> Decide on it

Things which are Not Urgent and Not Important -> Delete it

To follow your time management process one must try many things but it is not true until it comes on paper. When you write something and think over it again and again and create a path to complete the task then you can visualize completing it. Otherwise, everything is just worded in Air, that no one can catch. So be optimistic and write down everything and keep on following as far as possible.

The secret of your future is hidden in your daily routine. -Mike Murdock
