Lookout for the warning signs
Before the migraine, a person may see Flashes of light or Black spots or only Parts of the Object in front of them. They may also feel Numbness on both sides of their face and tongue, affecting Speech, Weakness in their Limbs, and Dry Mouth. Not all these signs occur together, but it's vital to be aware of them.
Avoid and Reduce all processed foods.
White floor food products such as cakes, biscuits, pastries, confectionaries and sweets. Refined cereals, greasy foods, tinned or preserved food, pickles, condiments and sauces.?If you want to eat these foods, consume less and infrequently.?
You may feel excited and optimistic about starting a new habit, and a positive mindset will help you stay on track.
However, some feel?that altogether avoiding?processed food difficult at the beginning, but if you can do it? Then Go For It!?
Alternatively, I?reduced?it to half a portion, then a quarter and then stopped over time. I did not feel tempted because my brain learned to process my renewed lifestyle. I have dates with my cakes, burgers and pizzas over the twelve months at adequate intervals.?
