Effectively Manage Migraine and Frequent Headaches - Part 3 of 3

PART 3 of 3??Cause & Lifestyle

Lifestyle Matters - Take Charge - Health Comes First - DavidAndrewCoaching.com

Everyone knows about Cause and Effect.

According to health care professionals, the cause of migraine differs from person to person. However, many similar factors contribute to causing migraine and regular headaches, such as?low blood sugar, allergy, infection, excessive intake of certain drugs, a weak constitution, low energy, nutritional deficiency, consistent overwork, improper sleep and rest, excessive smoking, drinking and sexual indulgence. Menstruation in women can also be one of the critical causes of migraine. This form of migraine usually lessens after menopause.

Looking closely at the causes,?it's clear how lifestyle can affect physical health.?Thus we control the triggers that affect our lifestyle. Biological causes are natural and work according to the body clock. However, adequate professional healthcare and support are available in some problematic scenarios.

The modern, fast-paced lifestyle in professional and personal lives can play havoc on our physical and mental health by perpetuating high anxiety and stress levels.

The best way I learned efficiently manage work and home life is by setting realistic parameters. Of course, it's easier said than done - Right??

But it's true about understanding who you are, your capabilities, and what you can deliver best without hurting yourself.?I view it as a principle to function at my best.?If aspiration and climbing high motivate you, then, by all means, optimise your goals with a 360-degree view and the end in mind. We are accountable not only to ourselves but to our families, employers and society.?

"Your Health Is Your Wealth"?is an ancient adage observed by a great Classical Rome Poet,?Publius Vergilius Maro.?

Balancing a healthy lifestyle is doable, and it's a process.
