How to Effectively Manage Migraine and Frequent Headaches Part 1 of 3?Symptoms and Food?
Pounding pain, nausea, and vomiting are some unpleasant symptoms of migraine and bad headaches and can mess up the day and rob you of your joy.?
I feel for those who experience frequent headaches. I have worked with colleagues who suffered migraines. I used to suffer from recurring headaches and took pills at the slightest indication of a headache coming on, sometimes even before the headache.?Not a great idea and habit to form.?
Over-the-counter pain killers provide temporary relief. But is there a better way to reduce and alleviate recurring migraines and headaches or perhaps even eliminate them??
One way to start is to reassess?food intake?and general lifestyle, which results in frequent migraines and headaches.

Health professionals suggest that Vitamin B3, known as Niacin, can help much if you lack it.?Besides the vitamin pills, Niacin is found in a variety of food and is effective in reducing migraine and headaches.
Eggs, Wholewheat bread, Broccoli, Walnuts, Almonds, Lentils, Lemon, Beans, Peas, and Carrots are excellent food sources.?
Make it fun by eating a variety of Leafy vegetables, Avocado, Vine tomatoes, and berries like Blueberries, Blackberries and Strawberries.?
Cook white meat (organic poultry) in different ways. Eat oily fish like wild salmon, mackerel, and sardines.?
Try varieties of pulses, beans and lentils and cook and eat more at home will make a noticeable difference in reducing migraine and health and also benefit your health.?
This approach is a process and appears long, But it pays excellent health dividends over the long term and helps to sustain good health.
