ON EFFECTIVE TRAINING

When training one must beware of the human mind and how it works.Borrowing from Maya Angelou people will never forget how we make them feel.If as a trainer,one keeps that in mind that person can conduct effective powerful training.Yes there is always the necessary presentation of ideas. I have seen many trainers fail miserably by overusing theater.We must inspiringly reach minds to awaken them to why the information delivered is important and relevant to each trainee's life.I have had trainers tell me how some of the trainees just were not tuned in, when I as a trainer, starved for fresh information, also had enough.We must speak to the heart of a person first of all.When their heart is open, their mind also will open.Many dread training because, frequently,it is dreadful.
