Q: How can I motivate my salespeople to bring in bigger projects?

A:?Salespeople hate to turn any opportunity down. A good way to motivate them to focus on what's important to you is to pay them more commission on the things you want (in this case bigger deals.) You can also run a contest that rewards the salesperson with the biggest deal of the month with a bonus.?
