This structured approach helps you elicit specific examples from candidates about their past experiences. For example, you might ask a candidate, "Can you share a situation where you had to resolve a challenging team conflict? What was the task, what actions did you take, and what were the results?" This technique provides insight into a candidate's problem-solving abilities and behavioural traits.
