1 年Good tips for facilitation. If I may add, 1. Use flip charts to list down the inputs from the audience which can be used as a reflection tool at the end. 2. In every class, there will be 1-2 members in the audience who will remain silent and not pay attention. Even when asked or called out. I have noticed that in such cases when you invoke participation from the ones sitting next to them, they eventually cave :) 3. Seek feedback not just from the audience but also fellow facilitators from time to time as they would probably be able to analyse better to provide valuable inputs!
